Sandhya Infocity is a 27 acre IT SEZ on OMR in Navalur, Chennai: a 5.7 million square foot campus, around 2.7 million already built up with roughly 1.5 million of it office space. Renvia is the executive and management team carrying out its full renovation and revival.

We hold the whole campus, not a line item in it: the executive and management team accountable for the revival.

Most firms in this market either build or advise. Renvia Constructions does both, and holds both to one standard. The rigour we bring to a feasibility study is the rigour we answer to on site.

That means feasibility before promises, engineering before finishes, and a drawing set we are willing to stand next to for decades. Hyderabad is moving fast. We build for what it becomes after the cycle, not for the brochure.
