Preparing something amazing...

A twenty-seven acre IT SEZ, brought to a current standard while it stays at work.
Commissioned in 2007, Sandhya Infocity is one of the larger IT SEZ campuses on Chennai's OMR corridor: four operational blocks across twenty-seven acres, with tenants like HCL and Fujitsu, a built-up footprint of about 2.7 million square feet, and a campus that scales toward 5.7 million. Renvia leads it as the executive and management team, accountable for the whole revival rather than a line item in it.
The brief is the hard kind. Bring an occupied campus that opened in 2007 up to a current operating standard without taking it offline. MEP leads every decision, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire and life safety, sequenced block by block so tenants keep working while the building is renewed around them. Services first, finishes after.

Site records and material studies, project renders shared on enquiry
A 360 degree tour of the campus: all four blocks, the lobbies, the plaza, and the grounds. Move through it the way a visitor would.
The figures we are prepared to stand next to. Detailed floor plates, finish schedules, and pricing are shared on request.
