Who we are
Hyderabad is one of India's fastest-moving real estate markets: record office absorption, a deepening base of global capability centres, and buyers who expect more than four walls and a brochure. We started Renvia Constructions to build for that city, well-engineered, honestly delivered spaces that hold their value after the cycle turns.
We work end-to-end on what we build and what we renovate (land, feasibility, design, engineering, construction, and handover), and we advise landowners and partners who want the same rigour on their own ground. The practice stays deliberately small enough that a principal signs off on every drawing set.

Renvia Constructions is founded in Hyderabad as the real estate and infrastructure arm of the Renvia group, with a mandate to build, renovate, and advise across the western corridor.
Land assembled and approvals advanced on Vantage, our commercial tower at HITEC City's Raidurgam Metro, with a second site secured in the western corridor.
Vantage rises in Hyderabad, and Renvia takes the executive lead on the full revival of Sandhya Infocity, a 27 acre, 5.7 MSF IT SEZ campus in Chennai.
We grow at the pace our standard allows: projects we can answer for, not projects we can announce.
